底板采用深級拉伸鋼板,面板采用硬質SPCC鋼板,上下鋼板沖壓、點焊成形，外表經磷化進行噴塑處理，中間空殼填充發泡水泥，經過養護后形成穩定的承載結構，上表面可貼耐磨防靜電HPL貼面或者PVC貼面，搭配聯網支架和方管橫梁，螺釘組裝。

（1）清潔場地，確保地面平整、干燥、無雜物、無灰塵；
（2）拉水平線，并將地板安裝高度用墨線彈到墻面上，保證鋪設后的地板在同一水平內，測量室內的長度、寬度及選擇基準位置，并在地面彈出安裝支座的網絡格線；
（3）將要安裝的支座調整到同一需要的高度并將支座擺到地面網格線的十字交點處；
（4）用安裝螺釘將橫梁固定到支座上，并用水平尺、直角尺逐一校正橫梁，使之既在同一平面內又相互垂直；
（5）用吸板器在組裝好的橫梁上放置活動板；
（6）安裝地板時用水泡水平儀逐塊找平；在機房設置較重設備時，可在設備基座的地板下加裝支座，以防地板變形；
（7）地板安裝完畢封邊并清潔表面，使地板更牢固、整齊、美觀。
